Mr. Rizwan Alladin
Since 2008, Rizwan “Riz” Alladin has been working with Fortune 1000 companies to create cultural change through world-class facilitation and gamified learning experiences. Most recently, Riz has joined the Talent, Leadership and Learning Delivery team at SAP as a Learning Expert. Riz is also a proven executive leader, having served as the Executive Director of Northside Charter High School in Brooklyn, NY. He is currently the Treasurer for Northside Charter High School, where he is a Board trustee.
The Founder of his own blended learning practice (Genius Zone LLC), he has drawn upon his leadership development and project management expertise to create experiential learning solutions for a wide variety of industries. Passionate about social service, Rizwan has worked extensively with non-profit organizations, having served as a board trustee for Humanity First USA, a humanitarian organization with a strong focus on human development and disaster response.
Rizwan graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Mr. Willie Scott
A long-time advocate and overseer for community–based human services, Willie Scott is the Well Life Network’s Diversity Officer and Vice President of Public Affairs. As the designated spokesperson for Well Life, he is responsible for communicating the mission and needs of Well Life, to civic groups, public officials, and the press.
Mr. Scott grew up in Brooklyn and graduated from Clara Barton High School. He has a Bachelor’s of Religious Education, from Saint Augustine Bible Institute. He began fulfilling his life long commitment to community service at the ground floor-serving in the mail room of the office of the Brooklyn Borough President. He progressed to become an Assistant to the Borough President. He later became Special Assistant to the Borough President, along with being the Senior Advisor to the Deputy Borough President. His duties included acting as the liaison to the African American Community, liaison to the Clergy, and the liaison to Community Boards 8, 9, and 17.
After serving in Borough Hall, for 7 years, Mr. Scott was appointed to the position of District Manager of Community Board 17-the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn. Mr. Scott served as the chief advocate for the community, working with the Governor, Mayor, Borough President, State Senate, State Assembly, Community Based Organizations, and Block Associations.
Mr. Scott is a dedicated public servant and is continuing his mission by serving the community, and the staff and clients of the Well Life Network.
Ms. Danielle Redmond
Danielle Redmond, B.S., SHRM-CP
Danielle has a B.S. in International Business and Management from Gannon University. She comes with 20+ years experience in operations, management and human resources working in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Her current role is as a human resource generalist in a consultant capacity. In addition, she is studying at Temple University to earn a master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Dr. Jennie Yi
With over 30 years of experience in education, Dr. Jennie Yi is an advocate for education, student learning, and equity. A former child immigrant from South Korea and a product of the NYC public school system, Dr. Yi began her career as a high school social studies teacher in a New York City high school in 1993. She has also taught in a highly successful Long Island school district, amassing 27 years in the classroom. She has served in school leadership for the past five years and currently holds the role of District Social Studies Chair in a Nassau County school district.
Beyond K–12 education, Dr. Yi has taught adult GED classes and served as an adjunct instructor in the Education Department at CUNY Queens College. She holds a BA and MA in History and a Ph.D. in Urban Education. Dr. Yi is passionate about learning and travel, and she brings a global perspective and lifelong commitment to teaching and mentorship.
