Program Structure
- Duration: 18 weeks (full semester)
- Hours: 150 to 200 supervised internship hours
- Class Component: Weekly workshops on workplace readiness, problem solving, and reflection
- Capstone: Portfolio, reflective essay, and final presentation aligned to career goals
